Go Outside and Play

Damn fine words that should be repeated more often. But nowdays people are too scared to send their childern out to play. So the question is:

Has the world become more violent or have we become more afraid?

I personally thing that we have become more afraid. My neighbour will drive his kids to school because we is afraid some mithical bad guy will abscond with his daughter. What bullshit. The world hasnt become more scary infact most people are afraid of his 16 year old son. What is lacking in this world is dicipline.

Your kids must respect you and if they dont tan thier backsides so they are afraid of you. Most parents dont give a shit what their kids are up to.. this is why on a thursday late night shopping you will see hordes of teenagers hangin around a shoping centre. THe little bastards should be at home with the oldies. And on the weekends they can catch the bus anywhere they want to go as long as they are back by 9.00pm. They need to learn to look after them selves and they need to respect people that are older than them.

Anyway back to the main point.. let your children out to play but make damn sure that they come home. This way they can have their freedom and learn how to take care of themselves but will also learn that you are boss.
