Linking to Copyright Material Illegal

This is what a dim witted judge ruled in australia. I cant believe this crap! aparently it was explained as such:

"If you give someone permission to do something that infringes copyright, that in itself is infringement as if you'd done it yourself. Even if you don't do the infringing act yourself, if you more or less condone someone else doing it, that's an infringing act."

That is the bigest steaming pile of dog turd i have ever read. So technically if i link to another persons blog that is linking to copyrighted material I am once again a criminal. Well doesnt google link to copyrighted material... goddamn it if i was ruler i would banish all the lawyers judges baristers so fast it would make their heads spin. See this really gets my goat..

I think that all material on the net should be free accessible. Anyone can do anything they like on the web and never be punished for it.

I mean lets take it to the extreme if people want to show pictures of a baby gorilla being felt up buy a 7 year old kid whilst laying a steamer on his mother then fine. Its not my taste but fine, according to Scoobys laws that is allowed. Perhaps a simple tag of .sickshit instead of .edu would be sufficient so that people could decide whether or not to visit. Hey even write death threats to your boss under the tag .diebossdie. The internet must be freed otherwise it will turn into some lame form of cable TV run by mega cooperations with vested interests.

After all it is only speech and not actions or intent.

And as for little kiddys on the web chatting to fred the creep. Well you as the adult have the power to say to little jimmy "Stop fucking using the computer you little fucktard" or some other nurturing words of that nature. Hey and while your at it little jimmy should get of his fat arse and go ouside and play....(perhaps a topic for next time)

Godamn I end up on tangents.. i have the attention span of a ferret. And the next pompous prickl i find using the term segway...
